Had we read some reviews on the swing beforehand, we would have purchased a different swing. Although we're satisfied with the chair on its own and we like the ease of being able to have 2 products in one, we're disappointed in the swing due to the loud squeaking and unusable volume, as we've purchased other Graco products and were extreme pleased with the quality of those products (car seat, stroller, etc.). Getting the chair off/on the swing is pretty easy. We use the chair on its own quite often as well we haven't had any issues with it and the vibrating on it works well. Also, the volume button never worked from the beginning, but we just decided to deal with it at the time, as we had already put it together and discarded the box. The baby likes the swing but seems to have a hard time being in it now with the loud squeaking noise. It squeaks as the swing moves side to side. Over the past couple weeks we've started using the 2nd and 3rd speed on it however, we've noticed a squeaking noise that's gotten louder since then.

And since the seat is so wide, it really needs a head stabilizer. And finally, the pillow that I assume is meant to help stabilize the head is completely flat, and therefore completely useless. They could hardly have made it less attention grabbing. The whole colour palate is muted (not a bad thing, it's cute), but the patterned accent material would have been a better choice for the mobile. The vibrator would be nice if it weren't also crazy loud. Also, THERE'S NO PLUG! It's not like this is a particularly easy-to-move swing it's so bulky it doesn't even go through the doorways from room to room without difficulty, so the exclusive battery power is ridiculous. In addition, the seat-to-swing-arm connection is not solid somehow, so it adds an extra tipping motion to the swinging that startles ds sometimes because it seems like he's going to tip over.
It's like it's not synchronized with the actual motion of the seat, because the motor kicks to push the swing with a loud knock after the swing already goes back the other direction. That being said, I HATE this swing for a number of reasons. Last, the harness is really easy to get on and off.
I love the removable bouncy seat feature! It's the only really great thing about this swing.
There are only a few things I like about it: the seat is made of very soft material, which ds likes. I DO NOT recommend this swing! I DO NOT recommend this swing! It could have been SO good, but missed the mark almost everywhere.
